ABOUT

NANCY SIDNAM, MS, RD

My approach sits at the intersection of health, behavior change, and the spaces we live in.

I’m a registered dietitian who has helped hundreds of people build healthier habits, reduce overwhelm, and create routines to live better.

Early in my career, I noticed a pattern emerging with my clients: the home environment was often working against their nutrition and health goals. While many of them felt like they had a “willpower problem,” I identified something different—I saw a “systems problem” that began right in their own kitchens.

That insight led me to develop what has become one of my favorite parts of this work: helping people design practical systems and home environments that make healthy living work in real life.

As a native Long Islander, I’m excited to be part of our local health and wellness community. You’ll often find me exploring everything from farm stands to restaurants and cafes, connecting with other business owners, and supporting organizations doing meaningful work.

Professional Background

I’ve worked in the health and wellness fields for more than a decade as a coach, innovator, and leader, and have supported hundreds of individuals on their journey to better health.

Over the course of seven years at Noom, I helped develop their weight management program, and played a key role in Noom’s success during a transformative time in the digital health industry.

After Noom, I was the Chief Operating Officer at All Access Dietitians, a telehealth nutrition practice.

I am a credentialed Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Master of Science in Nutrition Science (MS). I also hold a Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults.
