ABOUT NANCY SIDNAM, MS, RD

My work sits at the intersection of health, behavior change, and the spaces we call home.

For nearly 15 years, I’ve been helping people navigate food, nutrition, and their health. I’ve had thousands of conversations as a Registered Dietitian – hearing about the challenges they face and the healthier, happier lives they hope to create for themselves.

Over time, I noticed the same themes coming up again and again. People needed clarity – information they could understand and trust. They needed simplicity – because food had become more complicated than it felt like it should be. And they needed structure – a way to consistently put healthy habits into practice.

Those insights became the foundation of the approach I use today – one that combines nutrition expertise with practical solutions to make everyday eating simpler.

As a native Long Islander, I’m excited to be part of our local health and wellness community. You’ll often find me exploring everything from farm stands to restaurants and cafes, connecting with other local business owners, and supporting organizations doing meaningful work.
