ABOUT

Nancy Sidnam, MS, RD

I’ve always had a knack for home organization and interior design—

I love turning chaos into calm, creating systems, making spaces more functional, and, admittedly, I get way too much joy out of organizing closets.

Professionally, I’ve spent many years in the nutrition and coaching worlds, helping people build healthier habits and more intentional lifestyles.

The connection between health and home was showing up in my work, even before I fully realized it. It was a common topic of conversation in my health coaching sessions, and I saw again and again how much the home environment could influence a person’s well-being, for better or for worse.

One day, a lightbulb went off and the idea for this practice was born: what if I brought my love of organization together with my background in nutrition and behavior change? I could support people in both their health and their home. In some ways, I’d already been doing that all along.

And now—here we are! As a native Long Islander, I’m grateful to be able to serve families in my own community and help them live well.

Professional Background

For more than a decade, I’ve worked in the health and wellness fields as a coach, innovator, and leader, and have supported hundreds of individuals on their journey to better health.

Over the course of seven years at Noom, I helped scale both the product and the coaching team, and played a key role in Noom’s success during a transformative time in the digital health industry.

After Noom, I was the Chief Operating Officer at All Access Dietitians, helping to launch their telehealth nutrition practice.

Earlier in my career, I served on the boards of the Long Island Dietetic Association and the Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetic Practice Group.

I am a credentialed Registered Dietitian (RD) and hold a Master of Science in Nutrition Science (MS).
