ABOUT
Nancy Sidnam, MS, RD
My work sits at the intersection of health, behavior change, and the spaces we live in every day.
I’m a registered dietitian and coach with years of experience helping people build healthier habits, reduce overwhelm, and create routines that actually fit their lives. I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals and families, supporting everything from nutrition and daily rhythms to decision fatigue and long-term behavior change.
Over time, one thing became very clear: health doesn’t exist in a vacuum.
The home environment plays a powerful role in how we eat, move, rest, and feel. When systems don’t work — cluttered kitchens, disorganized spaces, homes that don’t support daily life — even the best intentions become harder to sustain.
That insight shaped the work I do today.
As a native Long Islander, I’m grateful to be able to serve families in my own community and help them live well.
Professional Background
I’ve worked in the health and wellness fields for more than a decade as a coach, innovator, and leader, and have supported hundreds of individuals on their journey to better health.
Over the course of seven years at Noom, I helped develop their weight management program, and played a key role in Noom’s success during a transformative time in the digital health industry.
After Noom, I was the Chief Operating Officer at All Access Dietitians, a telehealth nutrition practice.
Earlier in my career, I served on the boards of the Long Island Dietetic Association and the Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetic Practice Group.
I am a credentialed Registered Dietitian (RD) and hold a Master of Science in Nutrition Science (MS).
