MY PROCESS
I’ve designed a thoughtful process that allows me to get to know you and your family, understand what matters most, and identify meaningful, high-impact solutions we can implement to support your health and well-being.
PHASE 1
PLANNING & ALIGNMENT
We begin with a complimentary getting-to-know-you process that includes a brief intake and a conversation. Together, these help me understand your goals, values, and areas of concern.
You may already have a very clear idea of what you want help with — or you may simply know that certain things need to change and aren’t sure what to do or where to begin. Both are completely okay.
Based on what I learn through the intake and conversation, I identify opportunities for support and prepare a proposed scope of work outlining how I can best help.
PHASE 2
IMPLEMENTATION
Once we’ve aligned on a plan, we shift into implementation.
This is where ideas turn into action. Support may be hands-on in your home, virtual, or a combination of both, depending on what will be most helpful for you. The level of involvement is always tailored to your needs, preferences, and capacity.
My role during this phase is to guide, support, and simplify so progress feels manageable and sustainable — not overwhelming.
PHASE 3
ONGOING SUPPORT
After our initial work concludes, you may choose to continue working together in a way that supports real life as it changes.
This can include periodic check-ins, ongoing health coaching, seasonal resets, or as-needed support when new challenges or transitions arise. Ongoing support is flexible and optional, and designed to help you maintain momentum, adjust as needed, and continue building on what’s already working.
